Team Calendar
Team calendar is an application, which synchronizes personal calendar of multiple employees to single common place. Unlike individually configured calendar overlays (federated calendar feature) it allows centralized administration and unified configuration for all users, comfortable switching (resp. filtering) of users by team or department, sync to smartphones and other functions.
Simple Usage
- standard calendar format users are accustomed to
- supports all standard functions of a Notes calendar
- Team calendar is read-only, changes can be made in personal calendars
- events are visually well organized due to using only person's initials in the event's subject
- optionally even personal calendar events can be visible (without subject, place and details)
- can be customized to display data in a requested format
- filtering by department extracted from Domino Directory
