What it looks like?

Whitewall is a Micro-ITX PC (i.e. very small compared to common PCs), and therefore occupies next to no space. This also means very low power consumption and minimal noise. 

Whitewall runs under Linux CentOS 5 operating system and therefore can be maintained by any experienced administrator – a customer is not bound to the supplier when looking for maintenance.
This feature makes the Whitewall solution all the more unique.

What is the price?

Customers who buy Whitewall system are offered the Annual Maintenance Contract for Whitewall system.

Within the contract duration, the following services are guaranteed:

Updates

• regular antivirus updates
• regular kernel updates
• regular packages updates
• continuous antispam filter updates

Maintenance

• regular firewall log check-ups
• issue alerts 
• antispam filter tuning 
• complete backup of firewall configuration 
• security incidents monitoring and debugging (applications and kernel)
• connection utilization monitoring (graphical user interface accessible via web browser)
• activity logs for each service
• accessibility monitoring (external monitoring system)
• automatic email or sms notifications in case of service inaccessability
  

Services

• phone and email assistance on workdays between 8am and 8pm
• provision of reserve hardware in case of breakdown*
• guaranteed recovery time**
• disaster recovery plan check – once a year
• 20% discount on work (additional configuration etc.)
• the same price for work done afterhours (urgent installation etc.)
• progressive discount on every new Service Agreement
• discounts on every new Whitewall system supply*** 

*       for the transportation costs (0.25 EUR/km) only

**     within the reach time from the nearest Whitesoft branch + configuration recovery time

***   applies to business-related companies with majority share, too

Customers without contractually provided services are offered Whitewall system maintenance for standard tariff  70 EUR/hour which applies for any required operation. The Service Agreement can be concluded at any later time, the contract being valid for 1 year from the date of its signup. 

Provision of the guarrantee requires that Whitesoft administrators have exclusive access to the Whitewall system within the life of the agreement. Whitesoft reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if the system has been admininistred by other administrators without Whitesoft’s prior knowledge and consent.
