Introduction

Business Integrator .NET is a company system providing uninterrupted information flow all through the whole company. It aims to make business processes as transparent as possible and make work more efficient.

Business Integrator .NET handles complete processing of contract; from cost estimate and acceptance of order through creating a contract (while monitoring all costs related with its realization) to invoicing, whether based on order or actual expenses. It offers perfect control over current profitability of the contract, as well as possibility to monitor the working performance and observance of working hours of all employees.

Business Integrator .NET offers a number of reports that will provide management – beside many other useful data – an instant overview of the state of completion and profitability of orders, use of available capacities, employees’ work effectiveness and costs.

Employees have instant overview of assigned tasks and jobs. At the moment the work is done, an employee inserts the data directly into the system, therefore other employees have a perfect real-time knowledge of the current status of contracts.

• linkage of internal costs (unit cost of the materials used, the hourly cost of work) and external costs in the form of orders issued to subcontractors

• all contract items(workrecords, incoming order, external cost, special contractfor graphic studios) can be linked to a bill of delivery
