About us

Whitesoft is a Czech-Belgian company focusing mainly on development of applications for Lotus Notes. Beside this main objective, it also provides a large variety of other IT services. The company was established in 2000 by Petr Bílý and Hugo Van Geet from Belgian company Van Geet, Derick & Co (VGD) with an intention to develop software for administration and maintenance of companies. In less than a year, its first version has been released as Business Navigator (for IBM Lotus Notes/Domino platform). Based on the application’s usage experience in VGD company, other customers’ requirements and possibilities of new versions of Lotus Notes, Business Navigator has been continually developed up to the present shape (since 2002 as Business Integrator). In 2004, the application has also been ported to the Microsoft.NET platform as Business Integrator .NET. Both applications are offered as a commercial solution for companies providing auditing, tax consulting, accounting, business consulting, DTP, pre-press and other services. Whitesoft portfolio has over years expanded and now includes also development of custom-made applications, hardware, software and structured cabling supplies and installations, telecommunication services, ICT consultancy including forensic IT auditing, sale of ready-made applications and others. Thanks to wide scope of its offer, Whitesoft is able to provide a complete bundle of services from initial consultation with customer, through a profound issue analysis to the development and implementation of the final solution for most ICT areas. In 2007, our company introduced Whitesolutions product line – the Whitesoft's response to customers' demand for top-quality solutions with low maintenance costs and high added value. The product line main representatives are Whitestore – an advanced backup system, Whitewall – a hardware firewall solution and WhitePhone - virtual VoIP switchboard. Pursuant the history of long and succesful business activities in Western Europe – mainly Belgium – a subsidiary company Whitesoft BVBA has been established in 2008. It resides in Brussels and its mission is strenghtening the company position on the West European market as well as further business expansion. The company has currently more than 30 employees, with annual turnover around 2 million EUR.
